• No Guarantee of Timeliness: While we make every effort to broadcast alerts immediately upon receiving verified updates, technical delays caused by third-party infrastructure, network congestion, or hardware issues may occur.
• Verification Duty: Local School Alerts is a supplementary news and alerting source. Users are strongly advised to cross-check critical safety, closure, or schedule information directly with official county school district communications, local law enforcement, or official municipal broadcasts.

4. User Registration & Responsibilities
To receive targeted notifications, you may be required to register contact information such as phone numbers or email addresses.

• You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and updating your contact settings if your contact details change.
• You may not use false contact information, impersonate another individual, or sign up third parties without their explicit consent.
