Closings System Registration

HOW TO OBTAIN A CLOSINGS & DELAYS USERNAME AND PASSWORD

If your organization wants an announcement in the closings system, please put your request on company letterhead and indicate a contact person, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, contact phone number and a return email address. 

Then send the request by one of the following:

1) Send an attachment on company letterhead to closings@localschoolalertswv.com

2) Fax: 304-713-2667

3) Mail: Local School Alerts, 845 Burnsville Road, Burnsville, WV 26335, ATTN: Closings Alert Desk

After receiving your information, our closings alert desk will assign a username and password. You will receive this information by email or fax only. Incomplete submissions will be denied. It may take at least 5 days to process your request.

Once you are registered in our closing system and want to notify the public of a closing, you must enter your username and password into the closings system in order for it to appear on the closings and delays page of our website.
